The date for fasting for this year ,2011, it will be either Monday or Tuesday, depending on the moon sighting. So the announcement of the Ramadhan will be known after the Isya` prayer, which will be done in our musolla (mosque) at:
9.00 P.M.
As Japan will follow the nearest Islamic country,to determine the date of Ramadhan and Syawal, and the nearest Islamic to Japan is Malaysia.
